OUR PARK
Bowman Hilton is a 77 space all‐age RV and mobile home park with 45 MH pads, 31 RV pads and one single family residence on 30 acres on unincorporated land near Puyallup in Pierce County, WA.
There is a nice, large clubhouse with an office, kitchen, laundry room, billiard room, showers and ample gathering space alongside the Puyallup River. We have a pool to relax in. Management is on-site. We offer full hook-ups and RV storage is avalable.
SUROUNDING AREA
The park is loacated 10-15 minutes outside of Puyallup. Puyallup is the home of the Washington State Fair & Events Center. Held each year in September, the fair annually records well over one million visitors and is ranked as the sixth largest fair in the country.
The Seattle‐Tacoma-Bellevue Metropolitan Area is one of the largest in the country by GDP, has some of the lowest unemployment, highest minimum wage, and in November 2018 saw some of the highest year‐over‐year job growth. Not surprisingly, the park is located near big employers, 40 minutes away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and less than an hour to downtown Seattle.
